As a new parent, you understand the importance of preserving every special moment. That's why as your newborn photographer I advocate for the beauty of Baby Led Posing in newborn sessions. Gone are the days of forced poses – instead, I embrace your baby's natural self. This approach allows us to capture the newborn experience authentically, from the tiny hands and feet to the adorable stretches and wiggles. It's a portrait of your baby's unique self, frozen in time.
THE SESSION
Curious about how it all works? A typical session lasts one hour, accommodating diaper changes, feeding, and soothing breaks as needed. I understand the importance of efficiency – rest assured, I'm quick, and you won't find yourself enduring a lengthy photo shoot.
WHEN TO DO A NEWBORN SHOOT?
My newborn sessions can be conducted up to 3 months following the birth…and the best part? It all takes place within the cozy confines of your own home. So no need to worry about stepping foot outside your home.
WHO IS INCLUDED?
Immediate family. I always included siblings and any fur babies if you have any.

THE SESSION
The Fresh 48 session is approximately 30-45 minutes long. It is a very natural and raw session that captures those first hours with your new baby. I keep this relaxed and laid back. Mama, you have just given birth and have been through so much. There is no pressure to dress a certain way. I take care of all the planning so there is nothing for you to think about. All I need to know is when the baby is born!
WHEN TO DO A FRESH 48 SHOOT?
This session is typically done 24-28 hours after baby is born. This can take place in the hospital or in-home. In either case, I come to you so no need to pack up and leave.
