Cancellations/Rescheduling
-Rescheduling must be done more than 7 days in advance with no penalty
-cancellation more than 7 days- full refund minus 2.9% (incurred credit card fees)
-less than 7 days prior to your check-in incur a rescheduling/cancellation fee of 25% of your booking.
-less than 48h prior to your check-in incur a rescheduling/cancellation fee of 50% of your booking.
-less than 24h prior to your check-in: no refund
